The International SPA Association will hold its 2027 ISPA Conference March 3-5 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, bringing together spa leaders, operators, educators, service providers and brands for three days of education, networking and an industry expo.
The 2027 theme is “RISE,” with keynote speakers Jamie Kern Lima, Jefferson Fisher and Zack Kass. ISPA says the agenda will cover areas including talent strategy, guest experience, customer service, management and other issues shaping spa leadership.
The Expo is a major part of the conference as well, with more than 200 exhibitors and sponsors expected to put products, services and operational solutions in front of spa decision-makers.
