Brown Skin Estie has announced an inaugural Brown Skin Estie Summit for Tampa, Florida, in May 2027, with the event being created specifically with Black Estheticians and professionals who serve melanated skin in mind.
The early announcement is intentionally a save-the-date rather than a full program reveal. Brown Skin Estie is currently inviting professionals to join its list to receive the official date, location, speaker announcements and registration details as they are released.
The NBEW Lens
Brown Skin Estie has made melanated skin central to its platform from the beginning, and the summit feels like a natural extension of that work.
Its focus is already clear: Black Estheticians, professionals who serve deeper skin tones, and the education, business conversations and community that matter to them. That gives the summit a point of view before the full speaker lineup is even announced.
For NBEW, the significance is in seeing a platform built around brown skin move into a live setting, where treatment knowledge, professional development and shared experience can all sit in the same room.
That alone makes the summit one to watch closely as the 2027 program takes shape.
