Tiffany Medois
Licensed Esthetician, Founder, Editor & Publisher of NBEW
Tiffany Medois is a licensed Esthetician and the founder, editor, and publisher of NBEW. With a background in journalism, media, and public health, she brings an interdisciplinary perspective to the people, practices, and ideas informing skincare and the profession.
Before entering esthetics, she worked in television, radio, publishing, and brand communications, with roles at ABC’s The View, CBS Newsradio, Hot Topic, Mattel, and Audio Digest Foundation.
In 2020, she founded National Black Estheticians’ Week to honor, elevate, and bring greater visibility to Black Estheticians. She now leads its evolution into a year-round media and professional platform, creating a shared space for Estheticians to be seen and heard, their voices and visions amplified, and for skincare lovers to learn, connect, and make informed choices.
She holds a Master of Public Health from Loma Linda University and a Master of Specialized Journalism from the University of Southern California.
Her approach to skincare reflects an interest in the connections between skin, nutrition, lifestyle, and overall well-being.
